In-Person Training Rundown

1. Exclusive to the DMV(DC,Maryland,Virginia)/NOVA (Northern Virginia) area

2. All training takes place in public spaces (NO IN HOME TRAINING)

3. Gym locations must allow for outside trainers (Prefered location : Planet Fitness at 4620 Kenmore Avenue, Alexandria,VA)

4. Gyms (or Training Facilities) at Commercial, Apartment & Condo buildings are allowed (In Accordance with Property Rules)
